On this page, you’ll find information about the GRIP administration system we offer to HANA franchisees. It explains how we support HANA franchisees and provides details about the MijnHana app, which we use to process the administration together on a weekly basis. You’ll also find links to seven short videos that explain how MijnHana works and how to carry out various administrative tasks quickly and easily.
GRIP Brochures and Leaflets
GRIP is designed for entrepreneurs who are skilled in their trade but less interested in doing administrative work. That’s why we assist you in getting started with your business and support you in setting up your administration in a way that’s logical and efficient for you. The brochure below explains how we help you get your business and administration up and running. The leaflets provide information on specific topics and frequently asked questions:
– How do you start a business?
– How do you file a VAT return without hassle?
– How is your profit taxed?
– And when does it make sense to turn your business into a private limited company (BV)?
Based on your future questions, we’ll consider whether additional leaflets are needed.

MijnHana App
With the MijnHana app on your smartphone, you’ll always have GRIP at your fingertips. You can quickly photograph (purchase) receipts and invoices, which we will check and process. We also prepare the payments for you. You’ll automatically receive a reminder when the payment deadline approaches. Every week, we make sure everything is processed, and you can view your financial position in the MijnHana dashboard on your mobile.

MijnHana Instructional Videos
MijnHana is supported by Exact Online, the largest and most powerful accounting package in the Netherlands. Several short videos explain what you can do with Exact Online and the app (referred to as Mijn[client] in the videos). Use this link to access the Exact Online playlist, which contains seven short videos about making payments from MijnHana, the custom dashboard, how to best communicate with us, invoicing (not applicable to you), submitting purchase invoices and receipts, managing contacts, and sales invoices.
It’s useful to watch the videos, but don’t worry – most of the features shown are not relevant for HANA franchisees. And we’ll help you set up the MijnHana app and your administration properly.
